As most of you know I’ve been recovering from knee surgery but what I haven’t talked about on this platform is that I caught COVID shortly after and am still dealing with some lingering symptoms (fatigue congestion fever) and we are going on 3 weeks now 🙃. Since knee surgery I haven’t sent out any sets and I apologize! I’m posting this today for accountability, I will be sending out a set today and will hopefully be back on my regular schedule of 1-2 sets per week. Thank you so much for your patience and support during this difficult time. I appreciate it so much! Ps. I am also slowly working through my dms! 😘
