I will be taking an end of the year break starting 12/28 through 1/5. If you have been here awhile, you already know I am terrible about resting, but I’m working hard on being better at this. How can I encourage you to be kind and caring to yourself, if I am not doing that for myself? I felt so much better after my last break and look forward to feeling even more refreshed after this one.
I have some audios scheduled for next week, for your listening pleasure. I won’t be available to respond to comments or messages, but feel free to continue to send them and I will respond to everything when I’m back on 1/6. I expect you to be nice to yourself while I’m gone, think about me often and make sure you feel pleasure for me regularly. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have 💗
